Cheryl Polk, Founder and Career Transition Partner, first became passionate about career coaching while working as a recruiter.
She witnessed firsthand how unfocused applicants, poorly written résumés, and unpolished interviewing skills were holding otherwise qualified candidates back. That experience shaped her commitment to helping professionals navigate career transitions thoughtfully and intentionally.
Cheryl brings close to 20 years of experience across corporate environments and healthcare systems. She holds multiple professional credentials, including Certified Professional Coach, Master Certified Life Coach, and Certified Professional Resume Writer.
All career coaching is provided directly by Cheryl, ensuring clients receive personalized, hands-on guidance throughout their transition. She believes career change is not simply about securing a new role – it’s about aligning purpose with passion and making informed decisions that lead to a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
